Shhalaj Publishing House is an independent publisher dedicated to developing and publishing books of lasting value. Our purpose is to make quality knowledge accessible to readers through carefully selected and thoughtfully produced publications.
We believe that books do more than communicate information. They preserve ideas, carry knowledge across generations and create opportunities for people to learn, question and grow.
Our publishing programme spans literature, children’s books, education, history and culture, spirituality and philosophy, social sciences, self-development and other fields of knowledge, in print and as eBooks.
We work with authors from manuscript through editorial review, design and production to a published print or digital edition, and then help the book reach readers. Our rates for editing, cover design, typesetting and printing are published openly.

Shhalaj Mittaal is third generation in the book trade and has worked in publishing since 1992. He also mentors coaches who want to write their first book.
