About the Author
Dr. Kalaa Chenji is an Assistant Professor at ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education University (ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad) in the Department of Human Resources. She has a Ph.D from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. Her current teaching and research interests are women empowerment, gender discrimination, work life balance, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, psychology, human resource management, and leadership. Her articles have appeared in Asia Journal of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability and Asia Journal of Women Studies. She is a recipient of best case award on HR/OB for her case presented in International Case Study Conference, 2017. Her research has been presented at numerous national and international conferences. Dr. S. V. Satyanarayana has been serving Osmania University for the past 33 years as faculty of commerce and presently holding the position of the Head, Department of Commerce, Osmania University. He received his M.Com. M.Phil. Ph.D. degrees from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He held positions such as the Dean, Faculty of Commerce, OSD to Vice-Chancellor of Osmania University. He also worked as the Research Director, Research and Monitoring Wing for Essential Commodities in Andhra Pradesh. He guided 21 Ph.Ds and 8 M.Phils and presently guiding eight Ph.D. scholars. He published more than 35 papers in national and international journals. He published 12 books and edited several books. He was awarded a major research project and 3 minor research projects by the UGC. He organized three national and one international seminars and conducted 10 workshops. He delivered lectures on invitation at several universities. He received the best academic of the year award twice from the Indian Commerce Association.
